Profile

An operator's discipline with a merchant's eye.

I am a consumer and retail transformation executive with a track record of improving performance across merchandising, operations, sourcing, and organizational design. My career has spanned Tiffany & Co. and its Caribbean subsidiary Little Switzerland, Colombian Emeralds International, TOUS, The Metropolitan Museum of Art Store, and hands-on consulting for retail and luxury brands.

My work sits where strategy meets execution: identifying consumer whitespace, building the product and assortments that capture it, sourcing and delivering at scale, and designing the operational discipline that makes growth repeatable.

Art historian by training, GIA-certified in diamond grading, and equally at home in a boardroom, boutique, supplier workshop, or digital channel.
